World Mission Offering

Going Global sounds like a daunting task, doesn't it? After all, it’s a big world, and we know things aren't necessarily the way God wants them to be. What can we do to share the love of Jesus Christ worldwide?

Your gifts to World Mission Offering support the commitments American Baptists have made to vital ministries throughout the world such as:

Evangelism and Discipleship (joining with partners to work among at least one unreached group in every country in which we have missionaries);

Christ-Like Mission (serving the whole person through ministries of economic and human development, including work with and for children, youth, and women);

Equipping Leaders (giving special attention to groups whose leadership potential has traditionally not been fully recognized in their own context); and

Urban Mission (including plans to develop centers for the study and practice of cross-cultural urban ministry in strategic cities worldwide).
